Openings:
Junior Account Manager
Key responsibilities involve:
- Creating and managing all client contracts and legal documents related to advertisers
- Screening new potential advertisers for acceptance into (AKMG) network
- Ensure accuracy of daily advertiser reporting and reconciling month end revenue
- Ensure all campaign details and guidelines are communicated to rest of team and clients.
- Ensure all campaigns are being promoted via the appropriate traffic sources
- Assist compliance department with publisher pulls and investigation of non compliant traffic
- Work with the production and creative services teams to ensure client needs and requirements for production of the advertisement are met
- Track and record client data, relevant business metrics, pipeline opportunities, ongoing communication and service changes in CRM system
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing clients
- Identify new campaign opportunities with existing clients
- Monitor and service existing accounts through service calls and follow up
- Completing administrative work, as required.
- Occasional travel to industry conferences and events
You will need:
- 2 years work experiences in a professional setting (preferably in an agency or media setting)
- 2 year college degree
- Stellar communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Pristine attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize requests from multiple advertisers and team members.
We prefer you have:
- Knowledge of advertising and production functions
- Basic knowledge of Mac software and operating system
- 4 year college degree in adverting, marketing or related field
- Previous account management/client services experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems

Technology Assistant
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with account executives and advertisers with initial campaign setup
- Manage and update all campaign assets and data within our performance marketing tracking platform
- Pause/Unpause campaigns and send notices to appropriate affiliates
- Keep the Affiliate Portal up to date with new offers, top offers, and updates
- Troubleshoot tracking issues on the advertiser side as well as the publisher side
- Manage suppression compliance: update suppression files, check compliance reports, send notices to uncompliant affiliates, track notices in our proprietary compliance platform
- Approve publisher email proofs for creative compliance on sensitive campaigns
- Create content and code newsletters
- Edit and publish blog posts created by employees and implement SEO tactics
- Write text creatives, from/subject lines as needed for advertiser approval
- Screen and contact all new publisher applicants
- Add or invalidate leads in our tracking platform as instructed
- Ad hoc projects as needed
You will need:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Stellar communication in all types of correspondence – email, telephone, AIM
- Creative writing ability for marketing communication, blog editor experience a plus
- MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop and HTML skills
- Great attention to detail, ability to problem solve and anticipate issues

Affiliate Manager
Job Description includes:
- Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to Affiliate partners, as well as offering ideas/methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs
- Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from existing Affiliate partners by initiating new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers
- Aggressively recruit new Affiliate partners
- Research and work with Affiliate partners on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue
- Actively consult with Affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommendation and implementation of best practices around online marketing programs
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
- Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for Affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate activity and potential policy/program violations
- Log partner activity into appropriate CRM tool
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for consumer and performance based marketing and lead generation
- Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars, and workshops
- Occasional travel to industry conferences
- Optimization of publishers and technical assistance when needed
- Perform additional work as may be required by the Company from time to time
Mandatory Skills:
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of sales / affiliate management experience for a performance based ad network
- Strong understanding of industry trends
- Proven track record of successfully prospecting, prioritizing, & selling / cold calling interactive publishers
- Possess strong negotiation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to think creatively "on your feet" and have a proven track record in aligning and driving deals to successful completion with a consultative approach
- Positive, team-oriented personality with the desire, ability and drive to ride a steep, continuous learning curve in the internet industry
- Candidate has thorough understanding of industry terminology and channel knowledge
- Basic link tracking and html knowledge, i.e pixels, javascrip vs. iframe
- Knowledge of all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
